Joleen Diaz, from California, often posts photos of herself going about her daily life – which includes gym workouts and taking snaps with her 19-year-old daughter, Meilani Parks.

But now the fitness enthusiast has shared her self-isolation workout tips that are keeping her busy during the lockdown.

Taking to her Instagram page @joleendiaz, Joleen has shared a fun home workout cardio routine for her 133k followers to see which only takes 30 minutes to complete.

Showing off her incredible physique in  a burgundy crop top and matching leggings, the fitness mum performed a circuit routine of functional movements using only her body weight, proving just how easy it is to stay fit despite being locked indoors.

In the video, Joleen explained the workout and said: "I customised this workout using exercises from Insanity Max 30. It’s an intense workout, so make sure you take as many breaks as needed.

"The active routine is 30 minutes long. There is a warmup and two circuits. Each exercise is done for one minute, and the circuits are repeated one time….Repeat warmup to end workout.

"My form isn’t perfect, and I am not a personal trainer –  I just wanted to share a workout that can be done at home."

Users praised Joleen for sharing her workout routine, with many commending her for not trying to sell home workout programmes to others during this difficult time.

One wrote: "With all those paid-for exercise apps out there, you’re doing a great public service during these difficult times. Great that you’re using your beauty to positive effect rather than just pouting & commercialising."

Another added: "I just watched the whole thing and I'm exhausted, not from my remodel today, just from seeing your whole routine and you weren't even huffing and puffing. Quite impressive Joleen, for a forty year old beautiful young lady let alone a 20 year old. Can your daughter keep up with up with you?"

While another person said: "thanks joleen i’m going to try this routine!"

We recently revealed the youthful mum often gets mistaken for her daughter's sister with her radiant skin and youthful appearance.

She has owed her incredible looks to living a healthy lifestyle, exercising, rarely drinking alcohol and getting sufficient sleep every night.

Speaking of her youthful looks, the mum said: “I religiously take care of my skin, and everyday wash my face in the morning and before I go to bed.”
