Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods has released a statement saying "the sun will shine through her once again" after the 43 year old star's family has told her followers they're "worried about her deeply".
It comes as reality star Katie, 43, was reportedly arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a car crash in West Sussex on Tuesday morning, where she was then reportedly taken to hospital.
Former Love Island star Carl, 31, told his followers that he will "always be here" for his fiancée and despite relationships being "tested", his love for Katie surpasses all the challenges they have faced and continue to face.
The Essex car salesman called the mum-of-five a "rough diamond" but insisted he loves her "100 per cent".
“Relationships are tested, people test each other – but when you love someone like I love Katie, you enjoy the highs and good times together,” the star wrote on his Instagram.
“And that bond is tested during the low and difficult times together.
“Katie is a rough diamond,” Carl continued. “She has imperfections however they make her perfect to me, she just meeds that extra help to be polished.
“The sunlight will shine through her once again and the sparkles that she brings to everyone will return.
“I love you Katie 100 per cent. My dolly. Always here, always will be,” the star added.
Katie's family previously shared their concerns for her mental health in a "very difficult period in her life", as they wrote of their hopes for her to get the privacy and treatment she needs to move forward.
"As a family, we have for some time been concerned about Kate's wellbeing and overall mental health," the statement read on Katie's Instagram account. "Today, our worst fears nearly came true. As a family, we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs.
"We hope that she will realise that she cannot battle her issues alone.
"We would kindly ask that the media and wider public give Kate the time and space she needs to seek the necessary treatment, so that she can hopefully return to the Kate we know and love as a mother, daughter and sister."
Katie is understood to be banned from driving and wasn't due to get her licence back until the end of the year.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman told OK! : "Police responded to reports of a single-vehicle collision on the B2135 near Partridge Green around 6.20am on Tuesday (September 28).
“A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while above the legal limit for alcohol and drugs, and has been taken to hospital to be checked over.
“The road was blocked temporarily while recovery of the vehicle was arranged," Sussex Police added.
