Danny Dyer jokes about Olly Murs with daughter Dani
EastEnders star Danny Dyer may have sparked a fresh feud with pop star Olly Murs. It comes after the 43-year-old actor slated the singer’s music while chatting to his daughter on their joint podcast Sorted With The Dyers.
In their most recent episode, the soap star and his daughter Dani, 24, were talking about the impending birth of her first child, when Danny made his dig.
The Mick Carter actor asked the mum-to-be about her choice of music for the delivery room.
He asked Dani: “Have you got a playlist?
The BBC star then went on to suggest listening to some “s*** music” to kick off labour.

“How about if you listened to some really s*** music and then that might help?
“Say you kick off with Olly Murs?” he added.
“Oh no, I don’t want anyone like that,” Dani replied.
“I’ll see how I go,” the former Love Island winner continued, before saying that it would be quite nice to give birth in a spa.
The snide comment was not the first time that Danny has taken a pop at Olly.
During a radio appearance five years ago, he revealed that he wasn’t a fan of the Dance With Me Tonight hitmaker.
“Do you have to play Olly Murs?” he asked host Greg James during an interview on BBC Radio 1 in March 2015.
“Can you not play something else? Just pull a tune out?” he pleaded.

Danny’s daughter announced her pregnancy on social media back in September.
She is set to welcome her first child with boyfriend Sammy Kimmence in early 2021.
The actress, who hasn’t found out the gender of her baby, believes she is expecting a baby boy.
She told her dad she had picked an “unusual” name for her unborn child and the EastEnders star’s first grandchild.
“The name I’m using is very unusual,” she said, while discussing the pressure to pick a suitable name.
In a candid social media post, the soon-to-be mum recently revealed that she was scared of giving birth.
“Honestly, I’m so scared now to give birth,” she told her Instagram followers.
“Knowing that in a month’s time there’s going to be a baby here, hopefully, if I’m not overdue and stuff, I’m just really scared and want tips now.”
During the podcast, Danny admitted that he didn’t even know if he would be allowed to visit the hospital when his eldest daughter gives birth, because of the current coronavirus restrictions.
When asked if he would be waiting in the waiting room, he said: “We still don’t know what the rules will be.”
He reassured his daughter that as long as the little one was healthy, it didn’t matter whether he was there or not.
