Some celebrities are simply more into Halloween than others. You've got the stars that throw together something lazy and last-minute (or not at all), and then you've got the Heidi Klums and Kardashian-Jenners — the famous folks who invest major time and money into their costumes, sometimes only for the ‘gram. This year, Megan Thee Stallion has officially earned her spot among the celebrities who slay Halloween thanks to her take on Hellraiser's most recognizable character, lovingly known as Pinhead.
Megan already posted one of the best Halloween manicures we've seen this year (OK, several of the best), but on Sunday, October 24, she took her festivities to another level, posting several photos to Instagram in which she is truly unrecognizable. The award-winning rapper's face is painted white, her hair entirely covered with a bald cap. From the top of her head emerges a grid of nails, immediately securing her resemblance to Pinhead. But instead of her face also being covered in nails, she has glamorous goth makeup: black eye shadow reaching all the way up to her dramatic brows, super lush false lashes, and glossy, black lipstick.
In the tradition of turning any imaginable costume concept into a "sexy" costume, Megan's take on Hellraiser definitely qualifies as Sexy Pinhead. From the neck down, she's covered in a white, matte latex suit made to appear like her entire body has been painted white, and she's wearing a mix of black leather and patent leather to cover only a few select areas. "Pain has a face. Allow me to show you. Gentlemen I am pain 🩸#hottieween," she wrote in the caption.

It's unclear what inspired Megan to make this her Halloween look this year (or perhaps one of several Halloween looks). It could be that it was just announced that the production of Hulu's Hellraiser reboot just wrapped and that Pinhead is played by a woman (the incredible Jamie Clayton). Or it may be a tribute to RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Gottmik's stunning interpretation of the character. But either way, this is an iconic costume.
