Mrs Hinch has shared how she feels like an “exhausted robot” after she revealed her newborn son Lennie sleeps for no more than three hours at night.
The doting mother-of-two, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, welcomed her son Lennie last month and has now revealed what life is like as a new mum with two children under three years old.
Sophie, 30, honestly admitted that it has been tough to manage both children, even with the help of her loving husband Jamie, who has been by her side every step of the way.
The cleaning sensation, who recently celebrated her son Ronnie's second birthday, opened up in a Q&A session with her 4.1 million fans on her Instagram stories during her brief return to the social media platform.
The social media influencer, who was praised for her candid snap after giving birth, explained how she is coping with caring for a newborn again after a fan asked how Lennie was sleeping at night.
She wrote: “Len wakes every 2-3 hours during the night for at least 45 minutes at a time.
“He only seems to nap lightly during the day, Probably doesn’t help that Ron loves to sing (aka scream) now and Lennie doesn’t approve.”

“So I feel like I'm constantly on edge trying to get the balance right but I'm not there yet if I’m honest. I’m hoping I will get better at this.”
Sophie also told her followers that although she is completely “in love” with her boys, she is currently operating on autopilot.
She added: “I’m feeling so lucky and in love but I also feel like an exhausted robot.
“I just want to make sure Ronnie & Lennie are happy, with full tummies, washed, clean and loved, because right now I don’t even know who I am I’m just living for them which I feel so blessed to be able to do,” she shared.
Sophie went on to give a brief breakdown of her dramatic labour as she gave birth to her son in a side room of the hospital’s reception after not making it to the labour room.
She revealed husband Jamie had to wait outside in the corridor and doctors only let him in for “the last 10 minutes of it all.”
She added: “I didn’t make it to the labour ward, I ended up giving birth in a side room net to reception where partners weren’t allowed.
“Jamie could hear me screaming his name from the corridor but wasn’t allowed in until they then realised I wasn’t going to make it to the labour ward so they let him in.”
