Mrs Hinch has admitted to feeling “constantly on edge” as she endeavours to find a way to juggle her now incredibly chaotic family life following the birth of her newborn baby son Lennie last month.

The hugely-popular cleaning guru, who is friends with the likes of Stacey Solomon and other home-obsessed stars, is now on maternity leave as she bounces between looking after her newborn baby Lennie and toddler Ronnie.

The 30 year old star opened up on her busy lifestyle and feelings about raising her two sons in a question and answer session with her followers on Instagram.

Asked how Lennie’s bedroom routine has been, Mrs Hinch admitted it’s been a tough adjustment.

“Len wakes every 2-3 hours during the night for at least 45 mins at a time,” she explained. “He only seems to nap lightly during the day, probably doesn’t help that Ron loves to sing (aka scream) now and Lennie doesn’t approve.

“So I feel like I’m constantly on edge trying to get the balance right but I’m not there yet if I’m honest,” the star continued. “I’m hoping I will get better at this.”

It comes as the blonde beauty went on to reveal that she gave birth to her son Lennie next to the hospital’s reception when she couldn’t make it to the labour suite.

The birth happened so quickly that Sophie’s husband Jamie Hinchliffe nearly didn’t make it to see him be born.

"I plan to come on my stories when I'm back and chat through a mini birth story but here's a few points,” she began.

"My pessary got stuck and after 3 nurses had tried they finally got it out and my waters then broke all over her uniform.

"I didn't make it to the labour ward, I ended up giving birth in a side room next to reception where partners weren't allowed.

"Jamie could hear me screaming his name from the corridor but wasn't allowed in until they realised I wasn't going to make it to the labour ward so they let him in, he only caught the last 10 minutes of it all," she said alongside a sad face emoji.

During her session, Mrs Hinch also told one fan that her beloved dog Henry is “amazing” with baby Lennie.

“But he couldn’t care less,” she laughed. “No worries in the world! One very happy Handsomes.”

The star shared a series of different snaps and family videos as she gets used to having two boys in her life.
