Phillip Schofield, 58, has been spotted by neighbours in Chiswick riding his bike around the local area which is close to the Thames. Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly live nearby in the area also. It is alleged that Phillip’s new home will be near the residence Ant once shared with his ex-wife Lisa Armstrong.
A neighbour said: “There’s quite a few famous people already living around here so Phillip Schofield moving in is not a big deal.
“A lot of people have been talking about it, but nobody bothers him.
“He’s a lovely bloke and I’m sure he’ll enjoy living in our community.” They added to MailOnline.
Daily Express has contacted Phillip’s reps for comment.
Back in February, the star came out as gay during an emotional appearance on This Morning.
Since the admission, Phillip has continued to live at the family home he shared with wife Stephanie in Oxfordshire.
However, The Sun has reported that the couple have recently discussed divorce.
A source told the publication that Phillip is keen to ensure that it is a fair split with Stephanie receiving half of everything.
The ITV star’s net worth is reported around £9 million which could mean that former BBC worker Steph is in line for a £4.5million settlement.
The insider said: “Phillip and Steph have had a lot of hard, painful conversations over the past ten months but remain as tight and devoted to one another as ever.
“She has been so supportive, and he won’t skip off into the sunset now and abandon her.
“At the same time, he has no desire to become embroiled in a bitter and costly divorce battle.

“Phillip is in no hurry to meet someone new, but obviously the D word has now been mooted, albeit in very loose and casual terms.
“His earning power is at an all-time high, and Steph is entitled to half.
“He is not disputing this — all he wants in return is her ongoing loyalty . . . and discretion.
“His family is his No1 priority and that will never change.”
TV host Phillip has built up a fortune over recent years working on different projects.
The star reportedly earns £1.73million a year presenting ITV shows including This Morning and also tops up his savings with other collaborations including a bottle of wine with Waitrose.
Stephanie has always shown unwavering public support for Phil since he came out as gay on This Morning earlier this year.
She said at the time: “We’ve had to face the most emotionally painful time in our 27 years of marriage.”
