Sam Hunt‘s pregnant wife Hannah Lee Fowler, has re-filed for divorce against the country singer, but in a different county this time.
Last week, the singer had withdrawn her divorce complaint against the country singer on the same day she initially filed the paperwork.
According to TMZ, Fowler and her legal team had originally filed the paperwork in the wrong county, and so they withdrew the suit and filed again in a Nashville-area county.
In the original suit, Fowler had alleged that Hunt is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “guilty of adultery.”
The court documents also stated, “The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”
In the divorce filing, Fowler had demanded child support and primary custody of their unborn child. She also sought “respective separate property” and three different kinds of alimony, including “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future,” per the documents.
Meanwhile, prior to the divorce filing, it was not publicly known that Hunt and Fowler were expecting a child together.
