Elizabeth Hurley looked fresh-faced as she posed for an Instagram snap in gym attire.

The Royals actress looked spectacular as she flaunted her slim body after checking into the Viva Mayr Medical Health Resort in Austria.

Liz flashed a huge grin while wearing a pink jersey by lifestyle brand Rapha which she wore slightly undone to show off her ample cleavage.

She opted for a pair of black leggings to complete her outfit and wore a glamorous amount of makeup to highlight her pretty facial features.

She captioned the gym fit snap: "Detox, physio, infusions and footbaths going swimmingly at @vivamayrmariawoerth #veryhungry."

Liz styled her chocolate-coloured locks into loose, voluminous natural curls which cascaded down past her shoulders.

Her fans came out in full force to shower praise on the stunning shot.

One social networker gushed: "You look adorable."

While another continued: "Still beautiful as always."

A third penned: "Dear god……so beautiful."

The 56-year-old model is currently staying at the luxurious Austrian medical health resort near Lake Wörthersee – which costs up to £2,600 a night – after recovering from a long-standing ankle injury.

She flew to the detox centre after realising she had put on a bit of weight following the injury to her foot.

Sharing the update about her leg, Liz wrote: "I tore the ligaments in my left ankle whilst filming in the Caribbean in November.

"Lying on the sofa for two months, followed by a month of limping around in an air boot, meant that I basically became a slug."

The actress informed fans that she cannot put much pressure on her foot and is still having difficulty exercising.

She hopes her spa trip to Austria will help restore her to full health.

A long line of celebrities have visited the Austrian retreat, with former guests including Naomi Campbell and MP Michael Gove.
