The star has used lemons cut into halves for the eye balls and used cocktails sticks to attach the pupils that are made of purple grapes.

Kids are sure to much prefer this to a can of Coca-Cola!

A fruity peacock

This peacock is easy enough to do, and looks so sweet! Half a very ripe avocado is the great shape for the body then green grapes cut in half and covered in blueberries is the perfect way to render the tail.

Add some cantaloupe melon for the beak and feet, and voila!

Easter eggs with a twist

At Easter Stacey used pepper, raisons and carrots to turn some boiled eggs into festive animals. So simple yet so effective. A brilliant way to turn your kids heads away from the chocolate they may have received and onto a much healthier option.

Fruit salad snake

This creation is sure to cause a stir as an afternoon snack or desert. It is very simple, just adding alternate slices of strawberry and banana to create this very cute snake.

A radish red Pokémon cake

For Leighton's recent lockdown birthday celebration he wanted a Pokémon theme, which Stacey certainly delivered on.

However, although it is a cheesecake it does not sound like the most decadent offering owing to the fact that the mother of three had to use radishes to decorate it.

Still, it definitely has the healthy element!

Breakfast cereal in a jar

When the former X Factor contestant recently decided to serve her kids cereal before school, she of course made it special.

The 30 year old gave her sons Zachary and Leighton their morning cereal in the most hipster containers ever; food jars!

Taking to her Instagram stories the former X Factor contestant shared footage of herself pouring almond milk into jars which were filled with cereal.
