A man has enlisted a fire crew and a pregnant woman to stage a fake emergency so that he could propose to his nurse girlfriend.
Mike Matthews, from New York City in US, and now-fiancée Amy Marshall have been dating for two-and-a-half years and had even set a date for the wedding.
But the groom-to-be wanted to make the wedding engagement official and memorable, so he decided to surprise his maternity nurse girlfriend while bumping into an "unexpected emergency" on the street.
Mike asked for help from his friends in the local Fire Station and one pregnant friend who pretended to go into labour.
He also prepared a fake screenshot from an emergency alert app to show a "woman in labour" just a block away.
Video shared onto his Instagram shows the couple walking across the street to the location where a fire engine and three firefighters tending a pregnant woman on a bench.
When Amy goes into her "nurse mode" and puts on her gloves to check for the woman, Mike goes behind her, gets down on one knee and takes out an engagement ring.
She turns around and notices the diamond ring and at that moment, she realises it's a staged emergency.

Amy strips off her gloves in exasperation and gives Mike a hug while the crew cheer for them.
Mike told Patch: "She always walks around New York City, and she's never had a medical emergency happen on the street, at a restaurant, someone getting hit on their bike, where she has to run up and help them, which she would know what to do."
Recalling the proposal, the groom-to-be said he managed to deliver the surprise before she was about to take off the pregnant woman's pants to deliver the baby.
"[Amy] went right into nurse mode, so I'm like, "Okay, she thinks this is real, and she's going to do this thing, she doesn't care about her nails, her make-up, anything anymore." he explained.
"My biggest regret was not recording the audio, I mean, there was yelling, screaming, and Amy was about to take [the other woman's] pants off and deliver this baby!
"My friend literally had to tell her 'Not yet!' and that’s when she turned around."
The couple have planned their wedding for May 6 in Central Park.
