Unlike previous First Ladies, Melania has chosen to keep her life, and that of her son Barron’s, private. Only now since coronavirus lockdown began in the US, has the FLOTUS become more outspoken through social media. Melania has begun using her Twitter and Instagram platforms to address the nation in a way that has supported US citizens stuck in lockdown.

Today, the First Lady is celebrating her 50th birthday at home in the White House.
Here’s a glimpse into Melania’s daily routine so you can look as good as the First Lady in lockdown.
According to The Washington Post, not only is Melania an early riser but she sleeps in a separate bed to her husband Trump.
She wakes up at around 5.30am which is the same time as the President.
Before lockdown, she would then get her 14-year-old son Barron ready for school.
But now her son is now working from home due to the coronavirus lockdown.
Melania has often considered looking after her teenage son to be her “first job”, according to Parenting.
She ensures he has his homework in his backpack, gets him up for school and also makes his breakfast and school lunch.

She also helped him with his homework and attended school events when she needed to.
Melania also works out daily from her home in the morning.
In the past she has revealed that she does everything from tennis, to pilates and using ankle weights.
The FLOTUS is also a very healthy eater, consuming seven portions of fruit a day.
She reportedly starts the day with a smoothie or porridge.
However, like most people, Melania does enjoy indulging in some less health food options too.
According to AOL, she sometimes eats chocolate, ice cream and Diet Coke.
But to keep her skin and nails looking perfect, Melania takes a multitude of vitamins along with washing her face and moisturising it everyday.
Lastly, the First Lady is not one to stay up late at night.
In fact, she prioritises a good night’s sleep to supplement her healthy lifestyle.
