Rebel Wilson has once again flaunted her sensational figure, showcasing her weight loss following an intense exercise and health regime.

It's believed that the Aussie actress has shed an estimated three stone.

Rebel has frequently been treating her social media followers to an array of snaps since going through a complete image overhaul, flaunting her sensational figure.

The Pitch Perfect legend, 40, took a dive in her swimming pool and posed for a series of candid snaps to post on her Instagram page.

After taking a dive into the sprawling pool, Rebel opted to take on another role – this time, transforming into a mermaid.

Jokingly, she captioned her post: "Don't ever doubt my mermaid abilities."

Her post which has raked in almost 150,000 likes did not go unnoticed as fans flocked to the comment section to compliment the blonde bombshell.

One fan commented: "I love your mermaid dancing."

Since the global lockdown began due to the coronavirus pandemic, Rebel has been switching up her exercise routine which includes running up and down the steps of the famous Sydney Opera House.

At the start of 2020, the comedy genius revealed that the year would be all about health and fitness as she threw herself into a new lifestyle.

"Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called 'The Year of Health'.

"So I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I've just had but I'm going to do it!" she told her Instagram followers.
