If you follow Stacey Solomon on Instagram, you’ll know that the mum-of-three has been keeping busy this year revamping her home. Her storage hacks and impressive arts and crafts have seriously inspired her 3.6 million followers, but she also finds time to share some beauty intel.

Being friends with the “queen of clean” Mrs Hinch, it's no wonder that Stace has learned some clever cleaning tips, and her most recent one showing how she uses the Village Wax Melts Exfoliating Soap Sponge, £4.80 here, to clean her make-up brushes, is borderline genius.

In a video posted to her Instagram stories, the Loose Women star shared the cheap and easy way she washes her brushes using this bodycare sponge.

“Got this sponge with shower gel inside it from @villagewaxmelts and it’s perfect for scrubbing brushes,” Stacey says.

“Never realised how perfect it was until now. I don’t have to get any soaps or scrubbers out, just rub them on there and wash”.

The clever soap-infused sponge seemed to do just the trick, as the star posted the impressive results of her spotlessly clean brushes to her Instagram story shortly after.
