CORONATION Street star Kimberly Hart-Simpson has revealed she is pansexual after signing up for the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
The soap actress, 33, has said she will happily set her eyes on any contestant on the E4 show, regardless of their gender or sexuality.
Kimberly, who played escort Nicky Wheatley in Corrie last year, has already publicly identified as bisexual.
But going one stage further, she has told The Mirror: "I have dated people who are male, female, transgender…Gender is completely irrelevant to me."
Kimberly added: "It’s about the person, not what sex they were born. I just fancy everybody.”
The actress also revealed that she has the hots for Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon, and telly hosts Reggie Yates and Jeff Brazier.
Kimberly was confirmed as being among the Celebs Go Dating 2021 lineup in November.
Explaining why she wants to go on the show, she hinted then at her pansexual identity.
Kimberly said: "I’ve joined the agency because I’m 33, still live with my mum and don’t know why I’m still single.
"I’ve been putting myself out there, and joined pretty much every dating app going, so not sure what I’m doing wrong.
"[I'm] hoping Anna and Paul will help me figure that out and find my perfect match (whatever gender!)"
Kimberly, who previously appeared in Hollyoaks, exited Corrie in the autumn.
Her character Nicky left the cobbles after Daniel Osbourne helped her pay off her debts so she could have a new life by the sea with her daughter.
But a source told The Sun at the time: “Nicky’s proved really popular with viewers and the bosses absolutely love Kimberly.
“The character has gone off for the storyline to develop but the door is very much open for her return.”
