Emmerdale fans are growing more concerned for Harriet Finch, as they're envisioning a dark twist in her storyline.
Vicar Harriet hasn't been seen on screens for weeks, after convincing Will Taylor to lock her in the cellar as penance for murdering DI Malone.
Will told her fellow villagers at the time that she was on a religious retreat, with no mobile phone access, to explain her sudden disappearance – but she since made a return to the village.
But after weeks of no Harriet, fans are certain that she's still trapped down there, as Will and Dawn appear to be roaming the house without her.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "It's 2.45pm, Will. Time to feed Harriet in the cellar."
Another chimed in: "Is Harriet still in the cellar?", as a third penned: "Don't go in the cellar cos Harriet might still be down there!"
Someone else wondered: "I'm a bit confused, where is Harriet?"
Others had slightly more inventive theories about her whereabouts, with one joking: "Plot twist – Edna has come back from the dead [to poison Kim] and she's been living in the cellar with Harriet!"
Another quipped: "Tune in tomorrow when Harriet returns and sets up an AA meeting for all the alcoholics living in the village!"
Before Jamie Tate was officially revealed as his mum Kim's mystery poisoner, many fans thought Harriet could be in on a scheme with Will to bring Kim down.
"It wouldn't surprise me actually if Will teamed up with Harriet to drug Kim. Now what a twist that would be!" one fan wrote on social media.
Someone else echoed: "I still think Harriet is poisoning Kim Tate!"
In Thursday's episode, Kim appeared to have turned the tables on son Jamie, as she told him that she had poisoned his drink after 'returning from the dead'.
Jamie went on to rage at his mum for wanting to kill her own son – apparently not realising the hypocrisy of his own drugging scheme to drive her into madness.

As Jamie begged for his phone to have one last conversation with his daughter Millie, Kim wasn't letting him wriggle out of what he'd done.
And eventually, Jamie exploded: "I'll gladly use my last breath telling you how much I hate you!"
