JACQUELINE Jossa has admitted she's livid with herself – for falling off the diet wagon.
The ex EastEnders star, 27, told fans on social media she was 'furious' with herself for scoffing rubbish.
The mum-of-two was seen relaxing at home while covered in nourishing hair and face oil.
Her long locks were slicked back into a bun wearing a simple, plain top.
The brunette explained on social media: "I've woken up furious that I have just been eating so, so badly.
"Something just reminded me today of something and I thought, 'Come on Jac, come on my hun'.
"Diet starts today, b****es."
But then she added: "Also I'm probably going to eat all the stuff!"
The actress-turned-fashion designer recently defended her body and her weight after being called 'plus-sized'.
She hit back: "I don't ever call myself a plus-sized model nor do people I know.
"I'm not a plus sized model, of course I'm not. I'm not a model!"
"I'm a size 12 and I don't claim to be something different.
"I am not ashamed of how I look. I like my size 12 body and I like my size 14 ass, it is what it f**king is. I'm here for it.
"Would I like to be slimmer? Probably. Can I not eat pancakes for breakfast? No. Swings and roundabouts."
The popular TV star now has a range of her own clothes with In The Style.
Her successful ranges have smashed the website's records since signing a deal with the company after winning I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed Jac had landed the six-figure deal with clothing website last year.
Keeping it real, she also likes to point out that filters can be very damaging to people's perceptions of themselves too.
Last month she screamed, "I don’t look like this!" while posting a picture of herself with a filter.
She slammed social media filters for making her look totally different as she prepared for her glam girls’ night.
She shared a video on her Instagram Story and was glowing, with piercing eyes and said: "Hmm. I truly believe these filters are not healthy. I don't look like this!"
