Katie Price snogs boyfriend Carl Woods after he splurges £10k on gold rose for Valentine's surprise

KATIE Price snogged boyfriend Carl Woods after he splurged £10,000 on gold roses for her on Valentine's Day.

The hopeless romantic presented his girlfriend with the unique gift at their Essex home on their first Valentine's Day together.

Loved up Carl, 31, forked out the huge sum on pricey, arranging for a bespoke delivery from Endura Roses, with a bouquet featuring a 22 karat gold rose.

Lucky Katie, 42, also received a £500 hamper from her other half – but that was just the start of her weekend of gifts.

A source told The Sun: "Carl wanted to make the day really special so splashed out on two bouquets worth a whopping £5,000 each.

"It's a lot of money but he says Katie's worth it – it's their first Valentine's Day together and he wanted to show her what she means to him.

"He ordered two different kinds to make sure he got Katie's special gift spot on – she's going to love it."

The unique gift is from Endura Roses which is known for selling the most expensive flower bouquets in the world at £20,000 a pop.

It has a gold rose nestled among the ever lasting roses that have been sprayed in real diamond dust.

Describing Endura’s Celestial on its website, it says: "Stood behind the Exclusive Golden Sweetheart, proud and high and the central point of the wildly regal arrangement, a mesmerising 24 karat gold rose.

"Reaching higher than any other, the Grandeur rose emanates glory and preciousness.

"It is the true and unyielding representation of eternal love, with each minute detail perfectly cast in gold and visible for all of the time."

But there were more presents to come for Katie, who also received a Chopard diamond necklace while Carl transformed their garden into a romantic love cabin.

The couple shared a kiss as they wore matching Prè London tracksuits from inside their love nest.

Carl had the whole cabin – which was built in the back garden – covered in balloons and roses, with cakes and sweets galore.

There were also letter lights spelling out "love" and "Dolly" – Carl's nickname for Katie.

Katie told The Sun: "Carl is so amazing. I never expected all of this. There's a cabin in the garden and the decorations are unbelievable.

"So much thought has gone into it and he didn't get anything for free – he designed and paid for it all himself.

"I love my beautiful diamond necklace too. It's not quite an engagement ring yet, but he reckons I’ll get that before my birthday in May."
