Viewers have been glued to their sofas, eagerly following every twist and turn as 10 couples tied the knot in the hopes of a life of eternal wedded bliss.

However, fans will have to see which of the couples remain together and which ones went their separate ways.

Unlike other international versions of Married At First Sight, the Australian series doesn’t see the couples initially entering legally binding unions due to the country’s laws.

Instead they throw a wedding-type bash attended by friends and family.

Next, each of the “newlyweds” embark on a honeymoon as they get to know each other better.

Finally, they live together and meet their respective families before a commitment ceremony at the end of the process.

In this final stage, the couples will decide whether they will remain together after getting married sight unseen or whether to walk away.

This series sees all the couples living together under one roof with tensions flaring up and plenty of drama between the singletons.

The run also features its first-ever middle-aged couple who are hoping to find the one at a later stage in life.

So far, 10 weddings have taken place on the show and now fans are seeing whether these couples can survive as their put through their paces.

The show will see some of the couples switching partners while others fall apart at the seams.
