Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse has revealed the astonishing hour that she wakes up to start her working day.
The professional who is partnered with comedian Bill Bailey admitted that she often wakes up in the middle of the night to start her working day.
Oti, 30, looked sensational as she posed for Women's Health while she shared her views on the diversity in the competition amongst this year's professional dancers.
While it may not be everyone's ideal working day, the star told the publication: "I was up at three in the morning today and just started working.
"I get like that when I'm in work mode: when I'm really going for it, sometimes, I'll start working at two in the morning and then I'll go back to bed [for a bit] and start working again at 8am," she added.
After Bill and Oti amazing viewers and the Strictly judges with their quickstep, involving an elephant on stage, she said about the shows diversity: "When I look at the shows I've worked for, they've been so diverse.
On Strictly, we have 17 professional dancers who all look completely different; they represent something unique, with [dancers] from Australia, New York, South Africa, and China. I'm proud that we have that representation."
After admitting that her job requires her to be "strong" and "creative" the South African native revealed that the inspiring words of Tony Robbins keep her mental health "aligned".
Oti looked sensational as she posed for the magazine, flaunting her killer figure.
Wearing a neon-orange crop top, her gym-honed waist was on full display as she gazed directly into the camera lens.
Another snap saw the dancer's gym-honed legs take centre stage as she rocked a pair of tiny green hot-pants paired with a matching crop top.
Her luscious raven locks were styled into a tight plaint that cascaded over her shoulders.
