She admitted she is terrified of one thing – the infamous Headbanger.

The risky move sees skaters swinging their partner's around by their feet, with their heads skimming dangerous close to the ice.

Rachel admitted: "The headbanger fills me with fear.

"I’m fine with heights but it's one of those things, until you actually do it you don’t know. I have no idea how I'm going to be and how I’m going to feel.

"All I know is, I want to go for it and have fun. That's the thing. I’ve always been quite a perfectionist but with this I really want to go for it.

"It's about having a laugh and having fun learning a new skill along the way."
